The weekend has started out nicely with a birthday dinner for my parents at White Dog Hill. If you find yourself in western Oklahoma, make a reservation; the food is good, and the view is even better.

Tomorrow I’ll be singing The Lord’s Prayer for a funeral. You never know if a wedding will last, but it’s always rewarding to provide music for the family of the deceased.

And then I have to finish watching the latest season of Shameless. I’ve had one episode left for weeks. I’m not sure what my next television addiction will be—maybe Penny Dreadful.
